Set the Tone for the Beginning of the Year by Taking Action!

We often want something different for our lives, but if our actions don't change, nothing will change! This upcoming year, in order to change, you have to get out of your comfort zone and stop making excuses. This is your year to take action!

 

Motivation is Fleeting. Discipline is Unshakable!

If this is your first 5k, you can run, walk, or complete as much as you can. The goal, if it is your first, is to finish. If you came the previous year or have raced in 5k's, your goal is to beat your previous time and get better every year!

Each year we have records set for people who have completed their first 5k, did their best ever time, and families who ran their first 5k together. This is a great way to set the tone of health as a priority in your family and include your kids! This is a family friendly event and we look forward to moving forward in your health along with you!

Race Fee includes finisher medal and T-shirt. After 12/20/2024 registration does not include shirt. Adult Registration (11+)  is just $20 and $10 for children 10 and younger.

Race gear pickup is Thursday 01/09/2024 from 3:00 - 6:30 and Friday 01/10/2024 from 7:30a - 12:00p OR the morning of the race at 6AM.

Race start is at 7am
