Run, Jog, Walk, Crawl and join us to complete the 60 mile challenge for the month of January 2023.

Starting today and ending 01 February 2023. 

The goal is to take 30 minutes to one hour every day ONLY for yourself.  

It is important to nurture our mind, body and spirituality by taking time for ourselves.  

The guidelines - you can trail walk and experience nature or on a treadmill if desire.  

It is based on the honor system.

*Medal will be presented to everyone who finishes the 60 mile challenge.
