A 5K for the whole family, including shorter distances for all ages and abilities. Special rate for Grandparents in honor of Grandparents’ Day! Proceeds from the race benefit TOTS Therapeutic Child Care Center, NFP, a non-profit daycare center for children with disabilities.

5K - best-suited for the serious competitors, professionally chip-timed and awards to follow
1K - recommended for those with a moderate pace, youth, or elderly participants (any age can register)
50 yards - a great option for youth, those with limited mobility, or lower endurance (any age can register)
5 yards - ideal for new walkers, crawlers, or rollers (any age can register)
Note: all participants are allowed 1-2 helpers, if necessary to safely finish the race
