The 500 Festival Miler Series, presented by OrthoIndy, consists of three different races, a 3-Miler, 6-Miler, and 10-Miler, that start and finish near downtown Indianapolis in the Windsor Park Neighborhood.

• February 2: Last day to register online for the Miler Series, Greatest Spectacle Challenge, Mini Maniac Challenge, or 3-Miler
• February 8 : 3-Miler
• March 2: Last day to register online for the 6-Miler
• March 8: 6-Miler
• March 30: Last day to register online for the 10-Miler
• April 5: 10-Miler
