Join us for a special weekend of fundraising for the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation!  The MMRF champions advancement of multiple myeloma therapies, funding the most promising treatments for this rare form of blood cancer.

 

THE EVENT:  

• 5k Run and 1 mile Fun Walk  

 

RACE TIME: 

• 8:00 am

 

RACE LOCATION:  

• Sea Colony Tennis Center: 39359 Racquet Lane, Bethany Beach, DE. 19930

 

RACE ENTRY FEE:  

• Pre-Registration through Saturday, April 27, 2024 at 10 pm
  • 5k Run...$30 per participant
  • 1 mile fun walk...$25 per participant

• Event Race Day Registration on Sunday, April 28, 2024 from 6:45 am - 7:45 am
  • 5k Run...$35 per participant
  • 1 mile fun walk...$30 per participant

RACE COURSE:  

• 3.11 mile loop fast & flat 5k course through the streets of Sea Colony 

 

RACE AMENITIES: 

• Cool Performance T-Shirts,  10 year age groups from 9u to 80+, medals to the top 3 finishers, overall & master awards

 

WATER STOP INFO:  

• There will be one water stop on the course and it will be located just about halfway in Sea Colony as well as the start and finish area.  

 

RACE TIMING:

• Seashore Strider Event Production will chip time the event using the Chronotrack chip timing system.

 

AWARDS: 

• Custom Overall male and female, Masters, plus top 3 in 10 year age groups 9u  to 80 over.
