Runners have the options to run or walk a 5k on the beautiful trail of River Park North. Hosted event by East Carolina University School of Dental Medicine Run Club & Special Care in Dentistry who have partnered with the MS Foundation. (Out and back trail wide smooth trail)

All donations and proceeds are directly deposited to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation. Fund-raised amount will be used for direct donations to those who are battling Multiple Sclerosis. 

Top three running participants in each male and female categories will win gift cards. All participants will be entered to win a lottery prize. Largest donation will be recognized locally and will receive a prize. Food included with signup as well.
