Join us for the second annual Fly Like Tony Jannus 5k, a virtual race you can do from anywhere! You can run, walk, or ride your way to the finish line! In the spirit of Tony Jannus and his historic first flight on January 1, 1914, we are encouraging participants to complete their 5k on January 1st! We won't tell if you don't, but registration will close on January 31st. 

As part of this virtual race, you will receive a printable bib, custom Spotify playlist for this race, and a custom designed finisher medal! We encourage you to share your pictures on our Facebook page and tag us on social media when you complete the 5k (#FlyLikeTony5k).

All proceeds from this race will go to the Tony Jannus Distinguished Aviation Society Scholarship Fund. The Society promotes and provides financial support to students enrolled in college level courses leading to a degree in fields related to potential careers in scheduled commercial aviation at colleges and universities.
