The 22nd Annual Rock'N Race will be on May 8, 2024 at the State House in downtown Concord NH. We will be walking, running and raising funds for cancer patients and their families receiving support services at Concord Hospital Payson Center for Cancer Care HOPE Resource Center. 

5:50 pm pre-race program! 6 pm Race Start! Run and/or walk a 5K route or walk a shorter one mile loop. The event features live music, food, T-shirts, and fun giveaways. Registered Runners are timed while registered Walkers are untimed.

The first 2,500 participants to register will receive free Rock 'N Race T-Shirts! 

Please leave your pets at home on race day.
Individuals pushing strollers must register as walkers and line up with the walkers on Capitol Street.
