Annual 22 To Zero Ruck

As usual, we will be starting at Cascades park, and doing 2 laps before continuing on a pre-planned route for a total of 22km (13.67 miles) at a walking pace.

There is lunch provided around the half way point, and there will be some awesome shirts again this year.

This event is held yearly, to raise awareness for veteran suicide. We lose far too many veterans (and first responders) to their own hand, and these numbers have not been declining like they should be.

In our lines of work, we're all used to overcoming challenges, and sucking it up and carrying on; so rub some dirt on it, get a spare pair of socks and come walk with us. 

Flags, silkies, patriotic apparel, etc are encouraged.
