REGISTRATION AND PACKETS

Advance registration fee is $35 and includes:

• Commemorative t-shirt
• Customized race bib
• Post-race water and snacks

Day of race registration fee is $40

Team Option - Minimum of 3 runners per team

Register no later than Monday, October 30 to guarantee receiving your correct t-shirt size. We will strive to have extras available, but we cannot guarantee your correct size. We are unable to reorder additional shirts.

10:30AM - Run for Your Life 5K
11:45AM - Post-race snacks and beverages
12:00-12:15PM - Award ceremony

PARKING 

On-site parking is free. 

RESTROOMS

Indoor restrooms are available.

HOW WILL THE RACE BE TIMED?

The race will be chip-timed.

RACE COURSE 

The 5K course will be run entirely within Joyner Park. There will be a water station along the course at approximately the 1.5 mile mark. Walkers are welcome but will be asked to start at the back of the starting line.

RACE AWARDS

Awards will be presented to the top overall male and female finishers.

Race medals will be presented to the top male and female finishers in each age category. Top overall male and female finishers are not eligible for age group awards. Top 3 run times per team to determine the winning team.

• 19-29
• 30-39
• 40-49
• 50-59
• 60 and over

FOR THE VIRTUAL EVENT

Our virtual event allows participants to run anytime, anywhere, and with anyone between November 1st and November 18th. 

REGISTRATION

Registration fee is $30 and includes a commemorative t-shirt. T-shirts will be mailed.

Register online by October 20th to receive your t-shirt by November 1st. Complete your run individually or as a group between November 1st and November 18th.

Registrations received after October 20th cannot be guaranteed a t-shirt prior to the event start date, but they will be mailed upon registration.

*Optional: send photos of yourself running in your commemorative t-shirt for posting on 22 Saves Hockey website, Facebook, and Instagram.
