Time to work off a bit of that Thanksgiving excess ands help a great cause as Perkasie Rotary and Quakertown United Methodist Church present the 20th Annual Habitat for Humanity 5K. Race proceeds benefit Habitat for Humanity of Bucks County in their mission to make affordable housing available to working families in Bucks County. The rolling course on lightly traveled roads is challenging for experienced runners and also a good experience for novice racers as well. There's also a 3/4 mile Kids' Run for real beginners. Indoor registration and bathrooms, a well stocked post-race buffet featuring pizza and wings, deep awards and a fun raffle make this a great family event.
