Join us for the Greater Sacramento Polar Plunge and 5/K on Saturday, February 10, 2024, at Browns Ravine at Folsom Lake.  The 5/K is a new addition to the Plunge.  You can do the Run or do the Run and Plunge, it is completely up to you.  Our theme is For the Love of the Game so however you choose to participate, bring on the champion in you and don't forget your costume!

Event details and schedule

The funds raised will support the sports, health and educational programming that Special Olympics provides for free to children and adults with intellectual disabilities.  All participants will receive a commemorative medal. 

Stick around after the run, raise an additional $125 and join in the fun of the Plunge.  You'll receive a cool Polar Plunge t-shirt and lunch.
