2023 SASS-MoKan Remembrance Walk

SASS holds an annual remembrance walk for suicide loss survivors to gather with others and celebrate the lives of those we have lost. 

Event details and schedule

Registration begins at 8:00 am with the opening ceremony at 9:00 am. The walk is about one mile through the peaceful grounds of Loose Park. Following the walk, a reading of the names of our lost loved ones will take place with a dove release to conclude the event.

Walk proceeds help SASS-MoKan to raise awareness and support loss survivors throughout the Kansas City region.
