Entry price includes your race fee, SORCA trail donation, and apres meal & drink. GST and payment processing is additional.

Entries are non-refundable with the exception of an event cancellation, in which case we will do our best to refund as much as possible.

Transfers are possible up to 14 days before the event. We do not manage a wait list. The only way to get into the event once it is sold out is to acquire a transfer from someone who no longer wishes to participate. Transfers are only valid for the course length they were registered for. Transfers incur a $20 charge to the new registrant.
