Join us for the 9th annual Move 4 A Cure 5-5-5 virtual race to benefit the PCD Foundation.   This year's medal is a lung flower.  Four sets of lungs encircle the PCD Foundation logo, which is atop of a stem, with lung leaves.

Completing the Virtual Race

Mileage can be completed anytime in October.  This event is done on the honor system.  You can choose how far you want to walk or run to complete this event. 5 meters for those with severe disabilities or other difficulties that prevent them from going a longer distance. 5K for those who can do more than 5 meters. And 5 miles for those of you who are athletic or just ambitious.  You can also choose to complete the mileage throughout the month.  Do .1 miles a day to complete a 5K or a mile a day and do a 50K.  It's all your choice.

Medal quantities are limited and we encourage early registration for the best price and to guarantee a medal. This event has sold out.  Medals will start shipping in early October.

This event is organized by Running On Air, which is not affiliated with the PCD Foundation. The proceeds from this event and money donated go to the PCD Foundation.  The PCD Foundation logos are used with their express permission.
