Event details
The IRONKIDS Lake Placid Dip-n-Dash and Fun Run is back for 2023! This year's event will be hosted by the New York Ski Educational Foundation (NYSEF), a local non-profit that provides opportunities for athletes of all ages to reach their potential in snow sports.
Join us on Friday, July 21st at 2:00 pm for IRONKIDS Lake Placid.
Our youngest athletes have the option to participate in the Dip-n-Dash which is a 100m swim & a 1-mile run. This is for ages 7-17. This is limited to 100 participants only.
We also offer the IRONKIDS Fun Run without the swim for ages 1-17. We have a toddler trot for ages 1-3 (they run 100ft). We have a 1/2 mile run for ages 3-8. We also have a 1-mile run for ages 5-17. There is no limit on the registration numbers for the IRONKIDS Fun Run.
