Galentine’s day is a day for ladies celebrating ladies! What better way than with a 5K road race? We are BACK with the 4th Annual Galentine’s Day 5K. Come kick it, 5k style! Fellas - you’re also invited!

The Race: USATF certified and chip timed. The course contained completely within Piedmont Park. Each participant will get a commemorative Galentine’s Day 5K race bib and super soft long-sleeve shirt. We can't wait for her to get you pumped for the race! 

Awards: Awards breakdown: First Place Overall Female, First Place Masters female, and  3deep in each age group - Womens <10, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+. These speedy ladies will each receive a fantastic award! Men will be scored in the same age groups.

Post Race Party: Stick around after the race for awards and post race party. We will have chocolate covered strawberries, pretzels, hot chocolate and more. We will have music, games and TONS of giveaways from local merchants. The Galentine’s day 5K is also the only 5K to offer a complementary Galentine’s day card making station after the race!

Girls on the Run of Atlanta is our official beneficiary for the 2022 Galentine's Day 5k! Girls on the Run offers evidence-based afterschool programs that inspire girls to be joyful, healthy and confident. Because their coaches are trained in building supportive girl groups and part of their curriculum teaches girls how to be a good friend and choose good friends, we thought they'd be a natural fit as the beneficiary for this race! We are particularly supporting their scholarship fund, so that Girls on the Run programs can be for EVERY girl!

Early Number Pickup

Friday, February 10th from 3pm - 7pm @ Big Peach Midtown

Parking is available in the main parking deck at Piedmont Park, as well as in the gravel lot behind Park Tavern.

Race Day Schedule:

7:00 AM - Late registration and number pickup begin

8:00 AM - Race Starts!

8:40 AM - Fun Run Starts

9:30 AM - Post Race Party starts

9:45 AM - Awards Ceremony
