Not a jogger or a runner?  FANTASTIC! The majority of participants are simple daily step trackers from age of 8-80  You can do it!  Download the race joy app in the morning on your phone, take about 6700 steps and you will have tracked about 5K on your own time and your own pace.

It's for anyone with a smartphone and a little desire.
