What's better than enjoying a beer after a race? 

Drinking one right before!

Grab three of your closest, craziest friends and come out to Old Ox Brewery In Ashburn, VA on Saturday, August 6th for the 4th (almost-) Annual Old Ox Beer Mile Relay!  

Teams of 4 people come together to drink and run.  Each person must drink their entire can of beer before running their 1/4 mile leg-no spitting or spilling allowed. As soon as you hit the exchange zone - your next teammate can start downing their beer. 

Rules:  

-Technically the race is free. You will need to purchase your beer at the brewery. The cost for the beer will be $20 payable at the time you arrive. This comes out to $5 a person, or however your teams divides it up! 

-For this Beer Mile, there is no individual registration. 4-person teams only.  

-There will be a division for teams with a member who is not drinking alcohol but would still like to participate. Mixed beverage teams are not eligible for the grand prize. 

-Participants must be 21 years of age or older

Awards:

-The Winning Team will receive 4 commemorative Beer Mugs
