Regional Rehab and Frog Island Flyers present the FALL 2022 Virtual only 5K Your Way Race! Run or Walk 5K Indoors or Outdoors and support the Regional Rehab Center this Fall. Entry fee is $25.00. Entrants will get a Bib Number, Finisher's Medal, and Tee Shirt (While supplies and sizes last).  We will mail to you or you can pick up at Trails & Treads in Tupelo, MS. Please specify mail or personal pick up. This is a great event to keep moving in the Fall and support RRC. You can use the RaceJoy App to track and record your time, or enter it manually. Timing is based on the honor system. For fun and a great cause. This is the VIRTUAL RACE in NOVEMBER & DECEMBER 2022. THE 2023 IN PERSON AND VIRTUAL RACES ARE HELD ON 4/15/2023.
