Join us as we honor and remember September 11, 2001. Patriot Day: Patriot Day, holiday observed in the United States on September 11th  to commemorate the lives of those who died in the 2001 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center in New York City and the Pentagon in Virginia and those who perished when the hijacked United Airlines Flight 93 crashed in Pennsylvania. Over the next 30-days, join us in completing 30 minutes of physical activity for each of those days. Participants can perform any form of physical activity; walk, run, HITT, weight train, hike, surf, swim, bike, yoga, mediation, etc.
