Kids ages 10 and under: $5
Online Registration: $15 (closes at noon on Wednesday, October 9th)
Race Day Registration: $20

Prescription For Youth Health Members: Log 12 gym sessions before race day, get 50% off entry fee!  Contact Kyle Raines at RGH Center for Wellness for details.  Once you complete the challenge please contact Kyle before race day so he can process your entry fee discount.
 

Join us for Spencer's classic 5K race - the Nut Run!  PATCH, Jack Garrett Ford, Roane General Hospital, and City of Spencer are all teaming up to put on this great community fitness event!  Walkers and runners of all ages and abilities welcome.

Trophies will be awarded for 1st place male and female finishers in the walking and running groups.  Finisher medals for all racers.
 

Course Description: This is an out-and-back 5K course.  Starting at the Heritage Park Community Building proceed to Bowman St., passing behind the old Spencer Middle School, then left on Vandale Ave towards Armacel.  Cross Locust Ave. (Route 14) then follow race signs to Main St.  Turn right at the light by Go-Mart and continue straight until the turnaround point at Pizza Hut.   Head back towards downtown Spencer, turning left at the carwash cut-through to West Main St.  Follow West Main St. to the end.  Cross Locust Ave. (Route 14) again and retrace route back to the finish line at Heritage Park.
