Annual Alplaus Runaround and Community Event, one of the longest-standing running races in the entire Capital Region.  This wonderful community event brings together children, individuals, families, friends, and runners of all ages from Alplaus and surrounding communities. 

This is an outstanding One Mile Fun Run and 5K around the great hamlet of Alplaus.  A runner friendly course that is flat, paved, and slightly down hill for many sections.  A fast 5K course.

New this year, the Alplaus Runaround 5K course is USATF certified.
