Embrace New England's winter months with our Snow Spartans Series - with fun weekly themes! The Snow Spartans Series will keep you active, outside, and motivated with a supportive and encouraging group during the inevitably unpredictable northeast winter.  The series is open to all levels of runners and walkers.

DATES: Tuesdays from 12/12/23 - 03/12/24

TIME: 6:00pm 

COST: FREE!!!

LOCATION: Meet at 4RUN3, located at 78 Center Square in East Longmeadow

DISTANCE: You can run any distance you want, between 2 and 6 miles!  It's up to you! (Routes will be available upon request and can also be accessed in the RunGo app.)

HOW & WHAT YOU CAN WIN: 

• SNOW SPARTANS KING OR QUEEN! 
  • Earn points towards being crowned Snow Spartans King or Queen by attending Tuesday runs and participating in weekly themes!
    
    • For every Tuesday night run you attend, you will receive ONE point.
    • For every theme night you participate in, you will receive ONE point.
    • The male & female with the most points at the end of the series will be CROWNED King & Queen!

• RAFFLE TICKETS
  • Each time you come to run (or walk!), you will get ONE raffle ticket.
  • If it's raining (or otherwise precipitating), you'll get TWO raffle tickets!
  • If the "real feel" is in the single digits, you'll get THREE raffle tickets!
  • If you participate in our weekly theme, you will receive ONE raffle ticket for that night!
  • Listen closely through the series for extra raffle ticket incentives!
  • Raffle tickets will be collected in a jar and we'll keep adding to it week after week!  The more you come, the better your odds of winning!
    
    
• WEEKLY RAFFLE DRAWINGS
  • Each week, before everyone heads out, we will draw a name from the raffle ticket jar and that person will win the raffle of the week!  Some weeks we may even draw more than one!
  • The weekly raffle tickets we draw will be discarded.
  • Participants MUST BE PRESENT to win the weekly raffles.

• THE GRAND FINALE
  • At our last Snow Spartans session, on 3/12/24, we will have a big party to celebrate the ending of winter and the beautiful beginning of spring!
  • At the grand finale celebration, a Snow Spartans King & Queen will be crowned!
  • At the grand finale celebration, we will draw MANY raffle tickets, giving away lots of fun prizes including:
    • Running Shoes!
    • 4RUN3 Gift Certificates!
    • Training Program Vouchers!
    • and more!

WEEKLY THEMES:

There will be weekly themes to participate in together each week! Certainly, the more engaged you are, the more fun it is for everyone! All registered participants will receive a list of fun weekly themes to participate in at the first run! List is linked below for easy reference.

OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS:

• Please note that this is an unstructured, uncoached group.
  • We will have some hard copy route options available for you, but you're welcome to choose from any of our RunGo routes (between 2 and 6 miles).
  • RunGo routes can be found by searching in the RunGo app, beginning with "4RUN3", and then a whole bunch of route options will pop up.
  • We will help you connect with others running your pace and distance. And then out the door you go!
