REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED. THERE WILL BE NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION OR WAIT LIST.

Important: Only registered participants wearing the official race bib will be allowed in the start/finish area and on the course.  Out of respect for all race participants and for the safety of everyone, please do not participate in the event if you are not an official registrant.  Runners without official race bibs will be removed from the race route.

Join us for our 16th Annual Turkey Trot 5K Run/Walk – it's become a local tradition! On Thursday, November 28, “Turkey Day,” we invite the whole family flock to run, walk or trot. The race also features a Youth 1 Mile Fun Run; all racers will enjoy refreshments following the race.

The first 2,000 participants to register will receive a dri-fit t-shirt and commemorative medal. 

Proceeds from the Paul Markhoff Racing with the J 5Ks benefit the Levis JCC programs and services utilized by children and families in our community.

Awards

Awards will be given to:

• Top 3 male and female overall.
• Masters Award to fastest male and female runner over 40
• Top 3 male and female in the following age group categories: 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+
• Collectible finisher medals to the first 1700 5k participants
• All kids will receive a medal for the 1 mile fun run
   

Parking

All park entrances to South County Regional Park will close at 7:00 am due to road closures. The only entrance that will remain open will be the Glades Rd. entrance. Please see parking map above under Parking Information.

Race will take place rain or shine. No rain date. Strollers are allowed. Shirt sizing is not guaranteed.
