Join us for the 11th annual Run for Rachel 5k and 10k, a Memorial weekend run that is perfect for the whole family. The fun includes great swag (designer shirt, medal, not guaranteed if signed up after 5-22-22), chip-timing, live results and awards, free photos, free kids&#39; dash. Grab your friends and family, because you are not going to want to miss this one!
This year&#39;s event is at the beautiful Grain Valley South Middle School. It&#39;s going to be a great day! 
Race day registrations are accepted, but participants are not guaranteed a shirt or medal. 
<ul><li>Restrooms available</li><li>Post-race water, bananas, and granola bars provided</li><li>A limited water station on the course will be available, but we do encourage participants to bring their own water for the course.</li><li>10K racers will run the 5K course twice</li><li>Spectators are ENCOURAGED!</li></ul>
