Participate In Person or Virtually

For the In Person Run/Walk & Dogapalooza, join us at St. Francis Episcopal Church, 2810 Long Ridge Rd, Stamford, CT, on Sunday, Sept 21 at 9:00 AM - canine companions are welcomed to both events! The Run will NOT be chip timed but, if you register as timed, we WILL record your finish time and place. Your results will be posted on this website a few days after the event. The 5K course is USATF certified.
Dogapalooza activities will start at 9:15 AM & the contest will start at 9:45 AM with competitions for ‘Best Trick’, ‘Looks Most Like Your Dog’, ‘Best in Show’ and more.
To take part in the Virtual Run/Walk any time between Sept 15 - 21, walk, run, jog, hike, swim or hop on your treadmill to complete your own personal 5K. Participate with friends or family members!

Beneficiary of Run/Walk Proceeds

We are proud to announce that we have chosen Fairgate Farm as the beneficiary for the 2025 Miles for a Mission Run/Walk. Our goal is to raise funds and awareness for the work of this important organization.
Fairgate Farm supports Stamford’s underserved residents through five core initiatives: Food Access, Education, Environmentalism, Volunteerism, and Community Building. Annually, the farm produces over 30,000 servings of fresh produce, distributed via volunteers, donations, and a "Pay What You Can" farmstand, ensuring affordability for all. This year, a new mobile farmstand will expand nutritious food access to Stamford communities. The farm also combats food waste through community composting and offers free public programs, including educational tours, gardening classes, cooking demonstrations, farm yoga, and family festivals. For more info, please go to their website at https://fairgatefarm.com/.
We hope you will join us by registering, making an additional donation if you can, and spreading the word among your family and friends.
