Join us for the 10th Annual VIRTUAL 5K Run/Walk for SUID Awareness In Memory of Aden Lamps

ENTRY FEE~Adults: $20.00 Children: (14 & under) $15.00

PLEASE REGISTER BY AUGUST 25TH TO GUARANTEE A SHIRT.

Fee includes t-shirt and medal that will be dropped off or mailed to participants. PLEASE NOTE: T-shirts and medals will be mailed AFTER September 11th.  

Age Group Awards/Medals: 

• • 2 Male/Female awards per age group:  9 & under 10-12 13-16 17-19 20-24 25-29 30-34 35-39 40-44 45-49 50-54 55-59 60-64 65-69 70 and over

Once you register for this virtual 5K, you will not receive anything in the mail until after September 11th.  Time can be submitted through this website or emailed to adenlampsfoundation@gmail.com

~ All proceeds from this event will be used to distribute sleep sacks to parents of newborns, which will be given out at St Margaret's Hospital in Spring Valley and Peru, OSF Ottawa, Morris Hospital, and various local organizations/daycares. In addition to the sleep sacks, the proceeds will be used to purchase pack n plays for those in need as well as safe sleep education materials.
