On June 24, 2023, join the Washington DC Metro HBCU Alumni Alliance, Inc. for our 10th Annual Hybrid 5K Run/Walk and Community Day at the St. James Sports, Health, Fitness, and Entertainment Complex or virtually at any location!
If you chose the virtual option, the 5K run/walk can be held from any location you choose. You can run, jog, or walk on a road, a trail, a treadmill at the gym, or on a track. You can run your own race, at your own pace, and time it yourself.
If you choose to join us in-person for a fun 5K in Springfield, VA, this is a great opportunity for a morning run with fellow HBCU alumni and friends. There is plenty parking at the facility and overflow parking is available in adjacent areas.
In-person registrations include a commemorative medal, shirt, and a race bib. Timed bibs will be given to adult runners only. Walkers and children will receive untimed bibs.
Participants:
Child Registration: must be 12 or younger by the day of the event
Adult Registration: 13 or older by the day of the event
Packet Pickup and Race Swag announcements coming soon!
