Piggy backing on Toronto Triathlon Festival (TTF) road closures, we are excited to bring back the 10KTO!

Starting on Exhibition Place grounds, you’ll run up onto TO’s signature downtown highway - the Gardiner Expressway - turn around near the iconic CN Tower, before retracing to finish your 10k race.

• LIMITED NUMBER OF SPOTS. We’re not advertising broadly. If you made it to this page, it’s because you raced in 2022, we messaged you directly, you’re part of a club that was invited, you’re connected to the run community, you're a friend of the TTF or you're a supporter of SickKids. Basically, if you got here, this race is for you! 🙌

• SUPPORTING A GOOD CAUSE. 10KTO supports SickKids Foundation's mental health programs.

• 10KTO IS FAST FUN. Serious, but not overly serious, if you know what we mean. Like an unsanctioned race but with exclusive road closures and chip timing.

• FOLLOW OUR INSTAGRAM @RUN10KTO for updates leading up to the event, where we will tease out some of the fun things we have planned (and maybe a few precompetition competitions).

• NOTE! There is a soft “qualification standard”. We need to be off the Gardiner Expressway before the first bikers come through for the triathlon (this year the TTF is the National Championships). We need you to be able to confidently run sub 80 mins for 10k.
