Hudson Overlook via Lake Bonita Trailhead

Meeting at Lake Bonita Trailhead at Moreau State Park we will run 2.75 miles to the Hudson River Overlook and then back 2.75 miles for a total of 5.5 miles. These trails are more difficult singletrack, roots, rocks, mud and elevation. The elevation gain is 373 feet which is moderately difficult. This is an out-and-back run so we will all run what we can in an hour, meaning some may not go the entire way but should turn around after 30 minutes of running.
