<h5>Plogging is a combination of <i><b>running or walking</b></i> and picking up trash you see on your route. It is an up-and-coming fitness trend that brings variety to your workouts while helping to keep the environment clean and healthy. Boise Plogs is a fitness initiative for both the individual and the planet!  Anyone can register for this event, no matter your ability, and plogging materials will be provided. </h5>
