The second annual YOU ARE ENOUGH 5K is all about coming together to have fun, exercise, while fighting the stigma attached to mental health.  The event will take place on the beautiful Hermosa and Manhattan Beach Strand and will start and finish at the Hermosa Beach Pier Plaza.  We plan to offer treats to celebrate Cinco De Mayo and work with the local vendors on YOU ARE ENOUGH product and service discounts.  The YOU ARE ENOUGH campaign is all about helping people feel worthy, seen, and supported, and the 5K will be a great venue to practice these things!
