Join us this December in beautiful Southern Arizona for the 52nd Running of the Tucson Marathon, Half, 50K & Marathon Relay from Oracle to Catalina! These fast, point to point scenic courses make for an ideal winter running destination in ideal running conditions. Whether you're looking for a fast competitive event, or simply a "leisurely" 26.2 or 13.1-mile morning run, the Tucson Marathon races will be a great fit. If you'd like to go the extra distance, we now offer a 50 kilometer ultra marathon event!
Marathon & Marathon Relay Courses
The marathon runners line up in the historic town of Oracle winding their way around the town for six miles until the course reaches SR 77. Traveling along the majestic Santa Catalina Mountains, through the quaint towns of Oracle and Catalina, the course brings the runners to the Golder Ranch Fire Station. For those who do not want to tackle the longer distances, the Marathon Relay requires four runners, each running a proportionate leg of the marathon course. (50 Team Limit)
Half Marathon Course
The Half Marathon starts on Biosphere Road and follows the second half of the marathon course into Catalina. Both the Full and Half Marathon events are USA Track & Field certified and all results are sent directly to Boston.
50K Ultra Course
The 50 kilometer course also starts in Oracle and includes an out an back addition to the full marathon course.

We will have a NEW race week packet pickup in Phoenix on Thursday in addition to our Saturday all day pickup held at our host hotel, The El Conquistador Tucson by Hilton Resort in Oro Valley.1
