- 10k is the 5k course repeated twice, aid station every 5k loop

- 15k is the 5k course repeated three times, with the aid station at mile 3.1 and 6.2

- time limit 2.5 hours, for an early start option please email info@thefreedomrunners.com

- medals for all participants, no shirts to keep costs low

- results posted on the website evening of the race

- small, fun, friendly 5k and 10k run or walk open for all
