The Matzohball 5k and Howard County Family Wellness Day are bringing our community together to make wellness a priority!  Howard County Family Wellness Day kicks off with our opening ceremony at 8:30am followed by the start of the 19th Annual Matzohball 5k &amp; 1 mile fun run/walk.  The run will wind around the lake at picturesque Centennial Park in Ellicott City MD.  Music, Physical Activities, Health Screenings and healthy fun for everyone. <a style="color:#000000" href="http://www.FamilyWellnessDay.org" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">www.FamilyWellnessDay.org.</a>
