Join us for this event which also includes a Kids Fun Run at 8 a.m. followed by the 5K at 8:30 a.m. that reinforces self-care and a community of caring and wellbeing. New this year, participate virtually!  Also, please note "end time" is just an estimate of when participants will be finished.  Once you complete your race you are good to go and/or stay to join in the food and fellowship components.
