This is a 6 mile run, mostly flat starting at Iron Horse Blvd Dog Park Simsbury, CT. It heads north on the rail trail, towards Granby, this 1.5 mile section will likely have packed ice and snow on the surface.  The course takes a right on Tariffville Rd, over the bridge and right onto Terry's Plain.  Take the first right onto Goodrich Rd, then right on Ferry's Lane.  Take a left back onto to Terry's Plain, and stay on Terry's Plain to head back to Tariffville Rd, left across the bridge, and left back onto the rail trail back to Iron Horse Blvd.

There will be one port-o-let available, and plenty of parking. We will try to have water around 2.7 miles and some treats at the end.  This is a free event, but consider a donation so that we can cover costs and continue to put on low cost grass routes events for you!

As above, expect packed ice/ snow on the rail trail section.
