We now include 3 divisions in our registration categories: man, woman and non-binary. Note that results will be posted in the category you sign up in.

Run along the south shore of Lake Simcoe through the quiet communities of Georgina on this flat, fast and scenic 5km, Half Marathon and Boston Qualifier Marathon course. BOTH the 1/2 marathon and full marathon courses are measured and Athletics Canada Certified - which means they are accurate and are qualifiers for things such as the New York and Boston Marathon's. You will be running from De La Salle Park, along Lake Drive North on an out and back along a quiet road with lots of shade and views of stunning properties. And, get ready to have FUN! Hits 105.5 FM will be on site playing music along the race course and cheering stations will be set up along the route for FUN and MOTIVATION! Oh - and watch for our Alligator mascot along the course cheering you on!

Georgina is an hour North of Toronto along the 404, making it a central location for athletes from the GTA, Golden Horseshoe and Cottage Country.

Both the Marathon and Half Marathon courses are Athletics Canada certified courses, measured by Peter Pimm.

Aid stations will be located every 2.5-3km throughout the course and will include GATORADE electrolyte drink and water. .

Marathon and half marathon start: 7:00am
5 and 10km start: 7:30am

All finishers will receive a custom Georgina Marathon T-Shirt and finishers medal as well as a swag bag from our race sponsors.

PARKING: VIP Parking at De La Salle Park is $15.00 for the day. A limited number of spots are available and parking passes can be purchased here through our website store.

Cancelation policy: No cancellations or refunds. If there is a government or public health order that causes the event to be canceled due to COVID-19 or for any other reason you will have the option of doing the race as a virtual event OR deferral to next years event. Transfers between distances or to another runners are allowed up until August 26, 2023 and can be done though the "transfer" link on our race roster page. There will be a $5.00 administration fee for transfer.

Weather Policy:
Safety always comes first and Athletics Ontario sets rules and policies that outline when an event must be delayed or cancelled due to inclement weather. In the case of inclement weather that forces our race directors to cancel an event, there will be no refunds. In the case of a weather cancellation, by that time a large portion of the race fee's have already been allocated. Registered participants will still receive your swag bag and race shirt.
