Celebrate National Pet day and bond with your furry BFF by being part of Manitoba Marathon’s 3rd Annual Fast and Furry Virtual run presented by Sunova Credit Union!

Complete a 5K or 10K walk or run with your favorite four-legged friend any day between April 1st and 10th , 2022 and you will be rewarded with a medal for you and a matching pet tag medal for your partner! Registration is limited will close on February 28, 2022!

This year, we are encouraging all participants to support the Winnipeg Humane Society! Be sure to make a generous donation when you register to support the great work they do to support all our furry friends!

Here’s how you can participate:

1. REGISTER by March 29th, 2022. Registration is limited so don’t delay!
2. Choose curbside pick up, or mail delivery**(for an additional fee) of your race kit.
3. Run or walk your 5K or 10K any day between April 1st and 10th, 2022. Share your run in any of the following ways:
   1. Post a photo or a screen grab from your fitness app (Strava, Fitbit, Garmin, Smashrun, etc.) on Instagram or Facebook tagging Manitoba Marathon and using #runWpg
   2. Not on social media? Email a photo or screen grab to running@manitobamarathon.mb.ca
4. Upload your results to the Virtual Results page on Race Roster to receive your finisher certificate.
5. Present your pet and yourself with your medals and a reward treat – you’ve earned it!
