Break Free 5/10k Run & Walk

Welcome to the 2nd Annual Break Free 5/10K Run & Walk.

Lace up your shoes! This year’s event is coming at you June 24, 2023, at a new location!

Join us at beautiful Cardiff Park for a 5k run/walk and a 10k run and help us add colour to the lives of those impacted by domestic violence.

Funds raised through this event will directly support JMMF’s programs, including residential and outreach client programs, innovative youth and childcare, and Jessie’s Adventure Park, a new outdoor playground for the children who stay at Jessie’s House!

Our mission is to break the cycle of domestic violence through the actions of advocacy, community engagement, awareness, education and safe housing at Jessie House.

Our vision is a future free of violence.
