Join us for the first annual Applied Materials Race Against Hunger 5K!!  This event is a great way to help kick off our 2024 Fight Against Hunger Campaign. Come out and enjoy a course around Building 180 track. Race Day registration starts at 9 AM with the race starting at 9:30 am on Saturday, November 16th. The race starts and ends at the South Entrance Building 180 (main plant)  and is a two loop course. 

Race Day registration starts at 9 am with the race starting at 9:30pm Saturday November 16th. The Race starts and ends at the Entrance of the walking track and is a 4 loop course. 

Race participants are encouraged to walk or run the course. This event is open to all Applied Materials employees and employee's adult aged loved ones. While friends and family under the age of 18 are not permitted to participate, they are more than welcome to come and support the racers!

The Race Against Hunger 5K is a clock timed race with awards given to the Top Male and Female finisher and the team with the most participants!

Registration 

Two ways to register

1.  Easiest way follow this link https://amat.yourcause.com/home#/give/charityprofile/1213977/ and make a donation to the Flathead Food Bank for the below amounts, and drop off or email your receipt to Colin Kenney (colin_kenney@amat.com). To have it count toward FAH, pay on or after Nov 13th.
2. Bring cash and register the day of the race

5k - $10 donation per participant 

Additional details: Weather in Montana is always unpredictable especially in November, please make the safest choice for your gear and health if weather is challenging. Race course conditions may vary with weather conditions. Safety is our number 1 concern and if bad weather occurs this event will be re-scheduled to a later date or cancelled.
