Always inexpensive, the Dogwood Run 5K has been held annually in Neosho, Missouri since Eldon Morgan first hosted it in 1983. We don't want money. We want to see you and your family run! Awards for age groups from 'under 10' to 'over 70' and the Delynn Kuhn Lifetime Achievement Award for the fastest older runner.
5K out and back course starting an finishing at Big Spring Park in Neosho, MO. The course is hilly but beautiful since the dogwoods are in bloom. The 1K walk makes a lap around Big Spring park. The first 150 entrants get a dogwood tree. Any proceeds from the event go to a local infrastructure project to support active lifestyles in Neosho, MO.
This is a no frills race: no chip timing, no finishers medals, no t-shirts. This keeps the cost low so you can bring the whole fam without breaking the bank, or sign up a friend for their first 5K. Come join us!
