Welcome!

You have stumbled upon the ELEVENTH annual student-organized 5K race, where 100% of the proceeds go towards the Kelvin Zhang Memorial Scholarship, a scholarship fund in memory of a student who passed away in 2008.

The students are a part of the Golden Gate High School Diversity Committee, whose goal is to celebrate the cultures of the world and educate others about the other cultures and people.

Trophies will be awarded to the top three men and women overall, and finishers medals will be awarded to all who cross the finish line. Following the race, many gift cards and merchandise, donated from local businesses, will be given away to some lucky participants.

Event details and schedule

• Early packet pick-up and registration: TBA at Fit2Run in the Coastland Center Mall

• Race day packet pick-up: Saturday, April 15 at 6:00 a.m. at the concession stand at the Golden Gate High School football stadium

• Race begins at 7:30 a.m. 

• Plenty of parking available!
