Race start:

• 10K - 8:00 am
• 5k - 8:15 am
• 1 mile - 9:30 am

Weekend Warriors / Beginners / walkers: 

Yes, this is a very walker friendly course! It is mostly flat, with a few gentle rollers to keep you on your game. There are plenty of water stations and  loads of fun!  

Middle of the pack runners: 

Looking for a PR (Personal Record)??   This is the race for you!  Mostly flat course, with some gentle rollers and plenty of room to make your move towards your new PR

Elite and Advanced runners: 

This mostly flat course with some mild rollers.   There are some long flat stretches to allow you to really open up your speed.  

All Runners will receive:
